Avaya Unveils "All-In-One" IP Telephony Solution for SMBs in Japan


TOKYO , JAPAN - Avaya Japan Ltd. (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo, president Mark Uno), a subsidiary of Avaya Inc., a leading provider of communications networks to businesses, today announced that the company strengthens its business targeting for small and medium enterprise market in Japan. Avaya Japan also announced the debut of Avaya IP Office, its "all-in-one" Internet Protocol (IP) solution for small and medium businesses will be available for Japanese customers through Avaya's BusinessPartners in Japan from the middle of July. Avaya Japan also disclosed it intention to expand the distribution channel for the small and medium business market.

Avaya IP Office, with 12,000 systems already shipped worldwide* since the launch last year, is the "all-in-one" IP solution, which supports up to 256 users, enabling the sophistication of big-business voice and data converged communications to small and mid-sized enterprises at an affordable price. Customers can save the cost for hardware to build IP communication network, as IP Office is an "all-in-one" integrated solution that does not require additional hardware.
