Seamless Wi-Fi Acquires GuestWorx From Softnet Technology

Seamless Wi-Fi Acquires GuestWorx From Softnet Technology

LAS VEGAS, NV -/October 20, 2005 - Wi-Fi Technology News/-Seamless Wi-Fi, Inc. (OTC BB: SLWF) subsidiary, Seamless Skyy-Fi, Inc. announced that it has acquired, from Softnet Technology, Inc. (OTC BB: STTC), GuestWorx, an Internet services company, whose specialty is providing Wi-Fi Solutions for the hospitality industry.

GuestWorx wireless Internet service provides a complete turnkey Wi-Fi system solution for the hospitality industry which includes a proprietary software program that was developed specifically for hotels to assist in the providing of technical support at each location. GuestWorx software is versatile enough to allow the programming of locations not installed by GuestWorx. Once the program is installed GuestWorx can then provide 24/7 tech support via phone and or over the Internet for the hotels that sign up for the GuestWorx tech support program.

GuestWorx has installed high speed internet access, both wired and wirelessly in over 15 hotels which includes 3 Hampton Inns, 7 Fairfield Inns, 3 Springhill suites and 2 Towne Place suites. GuestWorx also provides tech support for approximately 30 hotels nationally which includes the hotel locations installed by GuestWorx.

Al Reda, CEO SLWF states, "Our mission is to build a national Wi-Fi network, and our expansion strategy involves both internal and external growth. The GuestWorx acquisition is demonstrative of this model. The abilities to purchase superb software, hardware and an on-going monthly revenue stream were all compelling factors in evaluating this transaction. What sold us on the deal, however, was their impressive, globally recognized client list -- Holiday Inn, Comfort Inn, Best Western and others. We see a tremendous opportunity to leverage these customer relationships and will seek to maximize monthly sales by cross-selling additional services, such as our Phenon (TM) Encryption software."
