Seamless Wi-Fi Signs Licensing Agreement With IntentMediaWorks

LAS VEGAS, NV -/October 26, 2005 - Wi-Fi Technology News/-Seamless Wi-Fi, Inc. (OTC BB: SLWF) subsidiary, Seamless Peer2Peer, Inc., as previously announced, entered into a beta test agreement with IntentMediaWorks.com, one of the major distributors of P2P downloaded digital media in the world. Seamless Wi-Fi, Inc. is pleased to report that the beta test was successful and, as a result, Intent has agreed to license the use of SLWF's Phenom encryption software.

Intent MediaWorks.com is one of the largest distributors of authorized P2P download digital media in the world. They help content owners tap into and profit from the secure, legitimate distribution of digital media through Peer-to-Peer, (P2P) networks and the Web.

The company integrates the viral power and authentic nature of P2P file sharing with online marketing to sell music, videos, and advertising to an audience of over 60 million consumers per month.

Intent MediaWorks.com works with all the major P2P software vendors and major networks including eDonkey, Kazaa, Morpheus, Limewire, and iMesh (http://www.intentmediaworks.com).

"This union presents a compelling opportunity for SLWF. Intent's connections to major music labels, various artists, and movie production companies will result in significant exposure for Phenom. We look forward to working with Intent and are confident that this partnership will be mutually beneficial and economically rewarding.

This licensing agreement marks a major milestone for the company and we eagerly anticipate similarly positive end results for our existing, on-going and future beta test deployments," says Al Reda, Seamless Wi-Fi, Inc. CEO.
