WiFi Wireless Signs Memorandum of Understanding With IES Elettronica




ALISO VIEJO, CA -/November 3, 2005 - Wi-Fi Technology News/- WiFi Wireless, Inc. (OTC: WFIW) and IES Elettronica Srl. of Nettuno, Italy, announced that they have just signed a memorandum of understanding to collaborate on building and installing a WiFi Wireless Inc. product. This product has been designed specifically for one of IES's large government clients. Their first project together will be launched in early 2006.
Armando Bonifazi, President and CEO of IES Elettronica, stated that, "The products that WiFi Wireless has proposed are cutting-edge technology that are first in its field, and will surely become the next industry standard."

IES Elettronica is a recognized leader in the field of Telecommunications, Software design and Technical Services. They currently provide services to NATO, the Italian Navy and Italian Air Force, as well as working with many major aerospace and multinational special instrumentation companies, i.e. Selenia Communication, Page Europe, Prod-el, and Rohde & Schwartz. In addition IES is fully ISO certified, with both the AER-Q-2120 and the JAR-145 certification.
