CEA's Gary Shapiro to Keynote CONNECTIONS(TM): The Digital Home Conference & Showcase
Dallas, TX -/March 17, 2006 - Wi-Fi Technology News/- CONNECTIONS(TM) announced that Gary Shapiro, president and CEO of the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA?), will present the Luncheon Keynote at CONNECTIONS(TM): The Digital Home Conference and Showcase on May 3, 2006.
CONNECTIONS(TM): The Digital Home Conference and Showcase, produced by Parks Associates in partnership with CEA, is the largest executive conference and showcase dedicated to advanced digital lifestyle solutions for residential and mobile environments. In its 10th year, CONNECTIONS(TM) will be held from May 2-4, 2006 at the Santa Clara Convention Center in Santa Clara, Calif.
Mr. Shapiro's keynote, "Digital Technology, Content & Consumers - Connecting the Dots," will explore recent technology and content company partnerships and their impact on the debate concerning consumers' home recording and fair-use rights versus the content community's intellectual property rights.
