AT&T Keynote at CONNECTIONS, Integration as Cornerstone of Digital Living





Dallas, TX -/April 7, 2006 - Wi-Fi Technology News/- CONNECTIONS(TM) announced that Michael Grasso, Assistant Vice President - Consumer Marketing, AT&T U-verse(SM), will deliver the morning keynote, Delivering the Digital Lifestyle, on Thursday, May 4, 2006, at 9:00 a.m.


CONNECTIONS(TM): The Digital Home Conference and Showcase will take place at the Santa Clara Convention Center, May 2-4, 2006. Grasso's keynote will focus on the three screens most significant in consumers' lives - the PC, the TV, and the wireless phone - and the plans underway to integrate connectivity between these devices to create seamless communications and entertainment services and content.

CONNECTIONS(TM), produced by Parks Associates in partnership with the Consumer Electronics Association, is the largest executive conference and showcase dedicated to advanced digital lifestyle solutions for residential and mobile environments. This year's conference topics include digital entertainment, mobile platforms & services, home networking & infrastructure, home management & digital health, and broadband & IP services.

According to Parks Associates, there will be a substantial increase in the number of advanced networking devices in U.S. homes, which will serve as the backbone for integrated communications and entertainment services. By 2010, 47 million U.S. broadband households will have a residential gateway (RG), and nearly 10 million U.S. households will have a networked storage device.
