Xiam Announces Expansion of Activities in the Asia Pacific region
-/November 6, 2006 - Wi-Fi Technology News/-Xiam, the market leading provider of solutions for marketing, management and delivery of mobile content, today announced the expansion of their activities in the Asia Pacific region with the opening of a regional HQ in Singapore. The AsiaPac division creates an on-the-ground presence for Xiam’s burgeoning business with Mobile Operators throughout the Asia Pacific region.

Our new office in Singapore will help us better support our customers and partners in the region and also allow us to more effectively develop our customer base in this rapidly expanding, dynamic region.” said Colm Healy, CEO of Xiam Technologies.
Xiam has already closed deals to supply a number of Tier 1 operators in the region with its award winning MPOS software and has also been involved in a number of joint ventures with several blue chip technology partners.
According to Mark Thong, Xiam’s Director of Sales in the region, “We have been steadily ramping up our presence in the area over the past year and have been actively hiring to keep up with the amount of activity in the region. Our wins to date have outstripped all expectations and we are continuing to see strong interest in Xiam’s Content Management and Marketing solutions, all of which has resulted in the need to formalise our operations with the establishment of an Asian operation.”
