iBAHN Speed Solution is one of the lowest cost, free to guest, broadband service models available. Hotel guests in EMEA now have the option to use wired or wireless premium high-speed internet access (HSIA) for a daily or weekly charge, or, simply use a basic high-speed internet connection for free.
The basic broadband package has been designed for light email and web browsing, perfect for occasional web surfers. Alternatively, the premium internet service is designed for heavy usage, primarily aimed at corporate travellers using applications such as video and music downloads, VPNs and online gaming, which require high bandwidth.
iBAHN has introduced Speed Solution in-line with hotel connectivity demands. The company has been regularly conducting end-user surveys since 2003, and more than 80 per cent of the respondents to date have indicated connection speed as their number one requirement for hotel broadband.
