Dell Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Michael Dell will address shareholders at the company's annual meeting of stockholders in Austin on Friday. Mr. Dell, President and Chief Operating Officer Kevin Rollins, and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Jim Schneider, also will be available for a question and answer session
Remarks by Mr. Dell and the question and answer session will be accessible online at www.dell.com/investor. The meeting will be webcast live at 8 a.m. CDT, then via replay for several weeks. Mr. Dell will discuss the industry and the company's performance before taking questions from the audience.
