The Grove Hall/Dudley Square Wireless Pilot Network was launched on March 31 in a ?Wire Cutting? ceremony hosted by Mayor Thomas Menino at 10:45 a.m. at the Lilla G. Frederick Pilot Middle School, 270 Columbia Road, Dorchester, MA.
