DigitalNet Files Registration Statement for Initial Public Offering
HERNDON, Va., August 8, 2003 ? DigitalNet Holdings, Inc. today announced it has filed a Form S-1 registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. All of the shares being offered are being sold by the company and no existing stockholders are selling shares in the offering.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and UBS Securities LLC are acting as joint bookrunning managers of the offering with Legg Mason Wood Walker, Incorporated and Raymond James & Associates, Inc. as co-managers.
