Mantis is a low-cost, wireless transceiver designed for identifying, installing and verifying BLUETOOTH wireless devices and connections. The instrument locates any nearby Bluetooth devices, identifies them and "follows" their frequency-hopping signature allowing detailed RSSI measurement in true dBm with data (PER) Packet Error Rates as well as other device parameters and identification. Mantis is ideal for quick service sweeps and installs when device status (transmit, receive, ID, etc) must be instantly acquired and features backlit display, simple keypad menu navigation and removable Ni-MH batteries with quick-charger for true portability. Available now for under $1,000.
