The Motorola V300 is one of the first handsets to be introduced on the market with an embedded Wireless Village Instant Messaging client. The Magic4 IM solution is based on the open industry standards of Wireless Village.
The Instant messaging client enhances the consumer’s messaging options with the possibility to share information instantly - it brings their personal community to life and turns texting into a real two-way conversation. Additionally, it enables users to benefit from several compelling options such as contact list management, group chat, and real-time presence details.
The tri-band Motorola V300 includes an integrated VGA camera with zoom and supports Java™ technology applications. It is currently available in Europe and North America and is expected to be available in Latin America in early 2004.
