hi all,

i have a slight problem with my new wireless router (speedtouch 585). When i connect to the router using an ethernet cable i can access the internet no problem. however, when i try to connect to the internet with wireless I can see the web page for my router and make modifications to the set up etc but i cannot access the internet.......why on earth is this so?
i have set up wireless with WEP, using Win XP SP2 on a fairly beefy PC.

thnaks for your time

thanks for reply - problem down to my own stupidity.....previous router settings had given a manual IP address and i have now set it up so that IP addresses are given automatically.
