I am looking for information on wifi aplications.
therfore, I would like to know if voice can be
transmitted via wifi. I guess that 2.5G mobile
phones can´t be used to make calls in wifi, but
is there any device you can use to talk, via
wifi or is it necessary to implement a VoIP
program in your computer?
thanks for any information available.

The VOIP technology is probably the best way to
solve your problem. That way you can stay wireless
with your computers at least. I am currently
using voip from a site that offers voip monthly
for $9.00 that sells IP Phones for about $40.00
With the exception of my cell-phone I wouldnt go
back to any other phone device. They may sell
Wi-Fi apps as well check it out. Good Luck!!
