Hey,

Ok so I have eventually managed to set up my wireless network. I access the internet on my pc via USB from the broadband modem and on my laptop via an Edimax router. Perfect. I can use them both in the same room.

However there are two wireless networks available on the laptop - a default one with speed 54mb/s and a slow one with 5.5mb/s. If I select the default 54mb/s connection for the laptop, I can no longer connect to the internet on the pc. With the slow one I can be on the internet on both of them.

Now, if I go downstairs, the slow one with the weak signal disappears and I am left with the fast one, which still has an excellent signal. But it doesn't work. I can't load any webpages. Anyone hazard a guess as to what the problem might be?

I'd really appreciate any input,
Thanks in advance,
Eamon
