one way ping only
Ok, I have set up the internet to be recieved on the PDA and the Laptop
ADSL Modem/Router IP: 192.168.1.1
Wireless Router IP: 192.168.1.2
Laptop IP: 192.168.1.12
PDA IP: 192.168.1.8
From the laptop I can ping the ADSL and the Wireless Router and the PDA.
From my PDA I can ping the ADSL Router and the Wirless Router. I am unable to ping the Laptop (to sync).
Firewall on Laptop (xp) is disabled!
Why can I not ping my laptop from my PDA - only one way ping.
This my hardware list
- SMC 7401BRA 2-port Router with Built-in ADSL Modem
- Linksys WRT54G Wireless-G Broadband Router
- Linksys WPC54G Wireless-G Notebook Adapter
- Linksys WMA11B Wireless-B Media Adapter
- Dell Inspiron 5100
- Dell Axim x3 with SanDisk WIFI SD card
