Global Triad, Inc. to Merge With Wireless Broadband Access
FORT. LAUDERDALE, FL -/07 Jan, 2005 - Wi-Fi Technology News/- GLOBAL TRIAD, INC. (OTC: GTRD), a publicly traded company currently on the Over the Counter, announced Global Triad, Inc. has entered into a binding Merger Agreement with Wireless Broadband Access operating out of Michigan, Montana and California.
On January 4, 2005 Anthony Mellone, President of Global WiFi Plus, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Triad, Inc. executed a service agreement with Equity Trust Financial, LLC for Internet, Wireless and Broadband services for the company. Equity Trust Financial, LLC stated they are very excited to lead their industry with live video feeds through their web site for their clients by way of our high speed broadband service.
Mr. Morf stated, we are working very aggressively to complete this merger by January 30, 2005. We are confident that the due diligence process will prove successful and the Wireless Broadband Access merger will be a smooth transition. Wireless Broadband Access is presently operating a live system in Detroit, Michigan and Santa Cruz, California. All their networks will is soon become part of Global's wireless network. As announced in the December 3, 2004 press release, the Payne brothers have become members of our new team of engineers and officers for our subsidiary Global Wifi Plus, Inc.
