BT Infonet To Provide Managed Network Services For Volkswagen AG

El Segundo, CA -/30 March, 2005 - Wi-Fi Technology News/- BT Infonet, a leading provider of global communications services for multinationals, today announced it has signed a three-year contract to provide managed network services for Volkswagen AG, one of the world's leading automobile manufacturers and the largest carmaker in Europe.

Under the terms of the deal, Volkswagen AG will again operate its 200-site worldwide communications network with BT Infonet. Volkswagen is continuing its nearly eight-year partnership with BT Infonet, and has expanded the scope of its contract with nearly all of BT Infonet?s services, including Internet, Mobility and MultiMedia Services.
