inCode Acquires Wireless Industry Consultancy Northstream




World?s leading pure wireless consultancy adds European strength and focus

SAN DIEGO & STOCKHOLM-/August 9, 2005 - Wi-Fi Technology News/-inCode, the global wireless technology and business consultancy, has announced the acquisition of specialist industry advisors Northstream.

Northstream will become an inCode company, bringing unique industry experience and a strong European focus to the inCode portfolio.

Based in Stockholm, Sweden, Northstream provides strategic and tactical support on business and technology issues to global wireless companies. The incorporation of Northstream?s reach and expertise will strengthen the inCode group offering, enabling it to bring industry best practices to its clients irrespective of geography.

Following the acquisition, Northstream co-founders Bengt Nordstr?m and Jonas Twingler will become Chief Strategy Officer and Managing Director, Technology & Strategy Group EMEA respectively.
