ok if anyone is at all familar with this please let me know if it's possible.

I have a windows machine with a linksys wireless G card and want to be able to share that connection so that my linux machine can plug into my windows machine via a cross over cable and share the wireless connection! .... is this possible and how?? please help

No my dear its not possible. By connecting a cross over u might be able to do a file sharing but not the wireless connection. The input which u get thru wireless on ur windows PC will not be able routed via ethernet and that too wireless....
