I am getting very slow reception with my wireless card. I am pretty sure that it has to do with the distance and walls between my card and the server. are there any ways that I can solve this problem without moving either computers?

my friend...

may i know what is the scenario... you are using at the moment....
are you having a wireless router or an access point....

if the distance between your wireless router or an access point and your wireless adapter card... is more than 100 to 150 metres...then i would suggest to buy another access point...... to solve the problem..

there are some config.. to be done in an access point....

config., the access point seetings to repeater mode and provide in the ssid of your old access point or router....

it will definitely solve the problem...
