It’s not as hard or as easy as you may think to open up a laptop but it is
tedious and loads of screw and small parts. I found a cleverly made DVD
Tutorial Video on how to open just about any Laptop and replace the power
jack at this address that may help powerjackrepair there are a lot of
hints and tips there too.

Tip.
Take a sheet(s) of A4 - place it next to your work area, somewhere safe.
Then as you remove a screw place it within a drawn circle in the same area
on the sheet.
Not fool proof, but better than a cap off an arosol can/ashtray .

on this and other repairs.
If you want a technician to do it look up GigaBytz (UK England) or
laptopguy (USA)
