Hi,

I have 3 Belkin equipments of the 802.11g family : Router (F5D7230-4), Ethernet adapter (F5D7330) and PCI adapter (F5D7000) which works perfectly in non encrypted mode.
I can manage to get 128 bits WEP encryption running on 2 but not on the PCI card !!
I use the passphrase automatic generation, I get the wireless connection (green icon in TRAY) which means that encryption seems to be accepted and recognized but it becomes impossible to surf internet or even to access the router setup !!

Any idea ???? I surely do not want to stay without encryption ;=((((

Source of Issue found :
the utility SW delivered with PCI card (F5D7000) seems to wrongly calculate the 128 bits WEP key when given passphrase (at least one specific I use).
If I copy the 26 hex digits (128 bits WEP key equivalent) calculated by the router and enter this into PCI utility SW then it works. I reported this Belkin.
