With my ISP, I have been experiencing this problem between time to time
(not frequent), I do not why that Internet gets disconnected suddenly. What
I used to do, is explained in the pic below:
Get in touch with your ISP. I had frequent random disconnections. They got
BT to do a line check. Told me I had poor sync, and changed my line.
Has'nt missed a beat since - touch wood .
