There is too many questions that needs to be answered before I could start recommending the network layout. I have some basic questions.

1. Will you be providing just data or data and voice?
2. How much bandwidth will you provide to each customer?
3. Will the network be 2.4GHz, 5GHz, or both?
4. Will the network have to provide ubiquitous coverage or just point to multi point?
5. Do you have a topo map of the area to be covered?
6. What is the average attenuation per kilometer? In other words, what is the terrain like?

Once these questions are answered then you can sit down an start to calculate the link budgets, propagation radius, basestation locations, channel layout, etc.

Best........RFengr
