Hi,
My dad bought a WAG200G so I could get access to the net via my laptop and for the home PC. We've had one hell of a time setting it up, taking at least 6 hours over two days, including 2 hours on the phone to the help desk and we've finally got the 5 magic green lights on the gateway to say the net is working. There's just one problem though...
I got the whole thing working eventually from my Windows account and the internet is working fine. The problem is, when I log off and my mum or dad logs onto their Windows account, they try to access the net but Internet Explorer keeps saying that they're offline and need to connect, yet the connection is still running and the net works fine on my WIndows account. Now what I want to know is:
1. Is it the gateway or our computer causing this problem, and
2. Whichever it is, can someone please help as we're all close to throwing it out the window!
Thankyou!
