Hi jammer, me and a mate - as a hobby run a small WISP.

In the util that we use to manage/monitor client bandwidth usage. If I bring up a particular client, I can tell only the "source hosts" that the client has accessed, and not the actuall web site itself.
There are exceptions 1 being genesreunited which own the servers they use, rather than parking or renting space on a third party server.

However, I can imagin that a main ISP will have much greater powers to monitor clients usage than we do. I know by law they have to keep some form of records, this has been on TV recently in child porn cases.

I supose the answear to your last question is. Ring your ISP/talk to your network provider, see what they have to say?
