Subject: Belkin 7130 admin and connection problems

Hi, Im new here so im sorry if im posting in the wrong section,
Here is my problem. I have a fore mentioned router, using tiscali internet.
Up until now I have had no problems connecting via the router, only problem
is that the connection wasn't secure and my neighbour has been piggybacking
off of my connection. I managed to get into the admin of the router using,
i think, 192.168.2.200. Followed the guide from the belkin website to
secure the connection and since I confirmed the settings I now cant gain
wireless access, Windows tells me its connected but with limited or no
access, I am well and truly stumped and dont know how to get back into the
admin settings to delete the settings!
Please Please help me!!!!

I have managed to make router unsecure again but it still wont connect
