Hi, been running a single 802.11b radio Locustworld mesh for 4 years now. 3
gateways + 7 nodes.
Looking to upgrade to dual radio. Backhaul on .11A - 5Gig, clients on .11G
- 2.4Gig.
Anyone using their outdoor Mast head boxs, with dual CM9 radios?
Am reasonably competant on the set up side, but looking for realistic
coverage for the stock 5db aerials at 5.8Gig. Longest current hop on b is
about 700Mtrs.

Finally went for LocustWorlds dual radio Engenus mast head mesh boxs.
Richard spent quite a bit of time on-line with me configuring their billing
system options, and 3 of the units are now being bench tested (on my living
room floor).
Will post back when the units are deployed. Hopefully in the next week or
so .
