if you have a wireless computer with a wireless card, you can connect to
your neighbor unsecure wireless network. but asume your neighbor knows
it.???

You will b able to connect but I don't know if your internal network card
will go the distance. Most likely you will need to buy a Wi-Fi
adapter/booster to extend your connection and strengthen your signal. I use
the Wi-Fire with lets me go about 400ft away from my access point and i
still get a strong connection. Actually all my friends have it and we just
split the cost of internet so we all dont have to have our own access
points. instead we just share it at a lower cost.
