Have just bought a laptop
Can I connect it to my hi fi which has phono
imputs. The laptop has S Video out but I think
that is picture only. If it was sound I could
connect easily as I have a vast aamount of
adaptors and connectors. It also has a monitor
output. Is that picture and sound and if so can
I adapt for just the sound to the phono
inputs. I have a keyboard (musical) which has a
USB connection and that is connected to my hi
fi. If all else fails can I connect usb laptop
to usb keyboard and from there it would play on
hi fi. It,s mainly for playing MIDI files and
keyboard styles.

Hi Again,
I have managed to connect my laptop to my hi
fi using the headphone socket/adaptor to 1/4 jack
to two phono adaptor straight to hi fi. It
also works to my keyboard aux in and aux out
to hi fi.

Glad you did it, but does this has anything to
do with wi-fi, can you connect your hi-fi using
wi-fi that is
