I have a conexant hsf11g wireless modem that worked for a day and now when i try to connect to the internet it comes up that there is an error 680: no dial tone. Every diagnostic says the modem is working fine.
I also have a bt modem as I subscribe to BT as my ISP. The ionternet connection for the bt modem works fine and there ha snever been a problem with it. I have run the modem torubleshooter with windows xp and it says the problem is the phone line, but the line is fine. I have plugged it into my home phone and it works perfectly.
Can anyone help me get the wireless router back working?
Thanks for any help received
